Healthcare Immigration: Hiring Medical Professionals from Abroad

Immigrant doctors, nurses and other medical professionals play a critical role meeting our country’s healthcare needs.  Unfortunately, efforts to hire such medical professionals from abroad to help with surging demand faces many obstacles such as complex visa requirements, critical timeline issues, physician J-1 waiver requirements, and now the COVID-19 pandemic.
