HSE Real Estate attorney Donald Snyder will be speaking at an upcoming Monroe County Bar Association webinar, "When Good Deeds Go Unpunished - Understanding the Proper Elements and Form of Real Property Deeds," taking place on April 14, 2021.

Program overview:

Attendees will learn more about the legal elements of a deed; legal descriptions; forms of deeds, including full covenant and warranty deed, bargain and sale deed, quit claim deed, trustee’s deed, administrator’s deed, executor’s deed and judicial deeds. Time permitting, proper authorization to execute deeds will also be discussed at the program.
