Employers are facing new and challenging issues daily as the COVID-19 crisis continues to evolve. To keep you informed, we are hosting weekly webinars presented by our Labor and Employment team.

In this week’s webinar, Harter Secrest & Emery Labor and Employment attorneys Amy L. HemenwayChloe J. Macdonald, and Anna S. M. McCarthy will continue the discussion on New York’s regional reopening plans, focusing on specific steps your business should take to protect employees and limit liability. Amy, Chloe, and Anna will provide guidance to buisnesses slated to open in phase 2 of New York Forward, give an overview of updated recommendations from the CDC, and discuss HR headaches you should anticipate having to address as you reopen and how to best deal with them. They will also take time to answer both presubmitted and live questions at the conclusion of the presentation.

To make sure we are focused on your challenges, we encourage attendees to send us questions in advance. Please see the registration form to submit your questions.

New York State Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credits: New York State CLE credit is pending for this webinar.
