Ethical Considerations in Cyber, Privacy, and AI

Few areas of the law are as dynamic as data protection and AI regulation. Adding to this complexity are the ethics involved in representing internal and external clients in these matters, communicating with stakeholders, and dealing with employees as well as external players, including law enforcement.

Join chair of the firm’s Privacy and Data Security and Artificial Intelligence and New Technologies Practice Groups, F. Paul Greene, for this timely and important presentation addressing the ethical considerations surrounding cyber, privacy and AI matters, including creating and maintaining the attorney-client privilege, determining who the client is, conflicts, and working with third parties. Paul will also discuss guidance on usage of AI in the practice at law.

The presentation will draw on real-life scenarios to discuss the ethical pitfalls to avoid when advising on these complex issues.

NYS CLE Eligibility: 1.0 Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Protection- Ethics. This course is appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys.
