Mindfulness is a quality of present moment awareness that is purposeful, clear and available to meet whatever arises moment-to-moment. It is also an evidence-based practice for navigating work and life with more ease, effectiveness and sustained well-being. An article in the Harvard Business Review concludes that: “Mindfulness should no longer be considered a “nice-to-have” for executives. It’s a “must-have”: a way to keep our brains healthy, to support self-regulation and effective decision-making capabilities, and to protect ourselves from toxic stress.”

This program will explore the science, benefits and practice of mindfulness, introduce short mindfulness practices and provide tools and strategies to reduce stress and strengthen the ability to meet the inherent complexities of work and everyday life.
