Harter Secrest & Emery is pleased to present its 2024 Specialty CLE Summit, an event designed to provide you, our in-house counsel clients and friends, with continuing legal education credits that can often be more challenging to obtain— Cybersecurity; Ethics; and Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias.

Please join us on Thursday, April 18, 2024 from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm for presentations approved for New York State CLE credit and that are appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys. Registration is available for in-person and virtual attendance. We hope you can join us for one, two or all three CLE presentations. Few areas of the law have been as dynamic recently as privacy and data security regulation. Close on their heels, however, comes AI, with developing and overlapping concerns that can complicate an organization’s compliance efforts. Harter Secrest & Emery partner F. This presentation will cover two distinct topic areas. Harter Secrest & Emery attorneys Peter H. Abdella and Tracie M.
