WXXI-AM 1370, FM 107.5, WURU 88.5 FM, WEOS 89.5 FM

Emily R.L. Cohen, a senior associate in our Corporate practice group, recently participated in a Connections with Evan Dawson radio show on the topic, “Discussing how people affected by COVID-19 can access assistance through the CARES Act." Emily joined Simeon Banister (vice president of community programs at the Rochester Area Community Foundation), Martin Birmingham (CEO of Five Star Bank), and Todd Butler (president and CEO of Causewave Community Partners) to discuss how organizations can access the federally-backed forgivable loans available through the CARES Act and answered listener questions about individual and small business relief. The program was sponsored by the Rochester Area Community Foundation to help people and organizations affected by the pandemic better understand the CARES Act.
