Buffalo Business First/Buffalo Law Journal

Sarah H. Brennan, counsel in our Securities and Capital Markets practice group, was featured in a recent Buffalo Business First/Buffalo Law Journal article titled, “Western New York’s emerging legal sectors.” The article focused on how law firms are thinking creatively to enable growth during the COVID-19 crisis. When describing securities law growth, Sarah noted she’s seen an uptick in needs from local clients, especially startups, “There’s so much work in this space, our group has focused on how we can help the Buffalo market more. There’s always been an incredible sense of community with Buffalo’s startup scene. But now we’re seeing companies that are high growth emerge, and these companies will inevitably need funding to help them grow and scale.”
