Luke P. Wright, partner in our Labor and Employment practice, was featured in the Rochester Business Journal titled, “Remote Work Is Also a Matter of Diversity and Inclusion.”  The article explores how the shift to a remote workplace has been a positive thing for many people with disabilities and chronic illnesses.  Luke describes that some employers who were skeptical about requests to work from home, have been surprised at how easy the transition has worked out and how many employees are able to maintain productivity without physically being in the office.  Luke said, “…the increased openness to have employees work from home or have flexible hours also may benefit people who want to work from home due to their family situation or their caregiving responsibilities.”
