Christopher M. Potash, partner and head of HSE’s executive compensation and share plan practices, was recognized in the Italian publication Legal Community for his role as U.S. counsel in the structuring and implementation of Leonardo’s 2025–2027 broad-based global share incentive plan, which was approved by shareholders on May 26, 2025. The transaction was led by an international team at Bird & Bird, with HSE advising on U.S. legal and tax matters. The plan spans multiple jurisdictions—including Italy, Great Britain, Poland, and the United States.
