HSE tax partner Joshua Gewolb was featured in the article, “Federal Tax Law Could Be Stumbling Block for State Incentives,” published in Bloomberg BNA’s Daily Tax Report. Josh described the impact of the federal reforms on state tax incentives at the recent 141st Annual New York State Bar Association annual meeting in NYC on January 23. Josh was part of a panel that included Helen Hecht, general counsel at the Multistate Tax Commission, moderator and tax attorney Irwin Slomka from Morrison & Foerster LLP, and tax attorney Alysse McLoughlin from McDermott Will & Emery LLP.
