Robert C. Weissflach, partner in our Labor and Employment practice, was featured in a recent Buffalo Business First/Buffalo Law Journal article titled, “It’s time for more employees to return to the workplace. But what if they refuse?” In the article, Rob provided insight on legal concerns many employers face as the region soon begins phase 2 of the state’s reopening plan. He described accommodations and decisions employers must make if their employees refuse to return to work due to a variety of reasons.
