Legal Guidance a Necessity for Companies Amid Coronavirus Uncertainty

Partner and leader of our Labor and Employment practice group, Jeffrey J. Calabrese, was recently interviewed in the Rochester Business Journal article, “Legal Guidance a Necessity for Companies Amid Coronavirus Uncertainty.” The article discusses the issues many companies are seeking legal help on as COVID-19 continues to create uncertainty in their day-to-day operations. “Clients have increasingly had concerns about returning to the physical office as the pandemic appears to be easing in New York,” Jeff said. “Companies are seeking to ensure a safe return to the workplace and seeking guidance to limit any potential liabilities. The reopening of schools is another area employers have sought guidance, with employers expecting significant increases in time off requests from parents of children who may be learning from home.”
