Luke P. Wright Discusses the Recent OSHA Vaccine Mandate

Labor and Employment law partner, Luke P. Wright, offered his perspective on the recent OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard in a feature for The Buffalo News on Thursday. In the article, “Private employers rush to prepare for vaccine mandate,” Luke mentioned the pressure employers may feel due to the timing of the mandate. He also noted that the vaccine mandates are impacting an increasingly larger percentage of workers—from health care, to federal contractors, and now to private employers with 100 or more workers—and that it may be becoming more difficult for workers unhappy with a vaccination mandate to find another job that isn’t covered by such requirements.
