New York Quickly Drops U.S. Virus Relief on Tax Write-Offs

HSE partner and leader of the firm’s Tax group, Joshua E. Gewolb, was featured in a recent Bloomberg Tax – Daily Tax Report article titled, “New York Quickly Drops U.S. Virus Relief on Tax Write-Offs (2).” The article focuses on New York becoming the first state to decouple from a provision in the federal virus response package that temporarily relaxes limits on business interest payment deductions.
