Ben suggests employers consider what is best for their specific industry. He stated, “It’s hard enough to keep employees right now or find good employees so any decision you make, especially a mandate, may have unintended consequences. That doesn’t mean you can’t do it, but quite frankly its really going to depend on you and your industry.”
