Conditional Adult-Use Retail Dispensary Application Period Closes

On Monday, September 26, 2022, the application period for the Conditional Adult-Use Retail Dispensary (“CAURD”) license officially closed. The Office of Cannabis Management has since announced that it received 903 applications during the one-month application period. 

Over the coming weeks, the Office of Cannabis Management will score the applications received for each of the 14 geographic regions (read more about the regions in our prior LEGALcurrents) and begin to announce the recipients of the CAURD licenses. Once the licensees are announced, recipients will have 12 months to begin operations.
