Harter Secrest & Emery LLP, a full-service business law firm with offices throughout New York, was recognized as the top Intellectual Property law firm in Rochester by readers of the Rochester Business Journal and The Daily Record, as part of the publications’ first Reader Rankings survey. The rankings were published in both publications on July 28.

The rankings were garnered as part of a month-long survey of Rochester-area business leaders and decision-makers. Nearly 4,000 responses were received and tallied by staff at the Rochester Business Journal and The Daily Record.

“We’re honored that the work of our Intellectual Property Group was singled out for this award,” said Brian B. Shaw, partner and leader of Harter Secrest & Emery’s Intellectual Property Group. “It is especially gratifying that the leaders of Rochester’s business community hold Harter Secrest & Emery in such high regard.”
