Rhoda’s securities and capital markets experience includes working with several public real estate investment trusts (REITs). She participated on deal teams for $3.3 billion and $1.4 billion mergers of public REITs, and assisted in managing the periodic reporting processes for several public exchange-traded and non-traded REITs. In addition, Rhoda has been involved in the registration process for clients, including drafting registration and proxy statements and other disclosure documents, as well as responding to state and federal regulatory requests. She was most recently an associate in the Real Estate Capital Markets group at Proskauer Rose LLP in Chicago.

Rhoda graduated from the University of Notre Dame with honors and earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from DePaul University College of Law.
