Deats Christina 2019 HR 8X10Harter Secrest & Emery LLP, a full-service business law firm with offices throughout New York, announced that Christina M. Deats has joined the firm as counsel in the Litigation practice.

Deats represents companies and individuals in commercial disputes, negotiating settlements, enforcing contracts, and litigating in New York state and federal courts.  She has extensive experience leading litigation matters, including working directly with local and national clients, taking and defending depositions, drafting and responding to discovery, and drafting and arguing motions.  Before joining Harter Secrest & Emery, Deats was senior counsel at the Law Offices of Pullano & Farrow and an associate at Harris Beach. 

Deats is a graduate of Cornell University and she earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
