BartlettHarter Secrest & Emery LLP, a full-service business law firm with offices throughout New York, announced that Allison E. Bartlett, associate in the firm’s Environmental, Land Use and Zoning practice, has been appointed to serve on the Beyond the Sanctuary Board of Directors. 

Beyond the Sanctuary is a community-based organization, located in the historic Memorial AME Zion Church, that addresses the physical and emotional challenges of poverty, low income and hunger, for individuals in need by providing food, clothing, access to social workers, education, job readiness and other services in a compassionate and dignified manner.

Bartlett counsels clients on a wide range of environmental, land use and zoning matters including, environmental due diligence on corporate and real estate transactions, permitting and environmental regulatory compliance, land use, zoning and New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) review, Brownfields redevelopment, and more. She earned her law degree, summa cum laude, from Albany Law School and is a graduate of Vassar College.
