Rauh Hannah 2020 0010 HSE Buff 8x10Harter Secrest & Emery LLP, a full-service business law firm with offices throughout New York, announced that Hannah M. Rauh has recently joined the firm.

Rauh is an associate in the Litigation practice group. Her work includes conducting legal research and analysis, reviewing and producing materials in response to discovery demands, and drafting briefs, memoranda of law, pleadings, pretrial motions, internal legal memoranda, and various discovery pleadings, including subpoenas and discovery requests and responses. Prior to joining HSE, she was a summer associate with the firm and gained hands-on experience researching complex legal issues, analyzing and summarizing legal documents, drafting legal memoranda, and performing discovery to prep for litigation.

While in law school, Rauh was a law clerk for the Honorable William M. Skretny, U.S. District Judge, WDNY. She assisted with drafting decisions and orders, researched and drafted memoranda in connection with litigation pending in federal court, and analyzed many facets of civil and criminal litigation. She earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from Pennsylvania State University and her J.D., magna cum laude, from University at Buffalo School of Law.
