Cohen is a senior associate in the firm’s Private Equity and Venture Capital practice group. She represents corporate, financial, and institutional clients on a variety of financing transactions in connection with mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings, tax-exempt bonds, and large multi-bank or syndicated transactions, as well as drafting sale-purchase agreements, operating and partnership agreements, and revolving credit and term loan facilities. In addition to her legal practice, Cohen is a Pro Bono Volunteer at JustCause (formerly known as Volunteer Legal Services Project of Monroe County), a member of the Board of Directors of The National Susan B. Anthony Museum and House, and a member of Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys (GRAWA), among other professional organizations. Before joining HSE, Cohen practiced with Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in New York City. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School, and her B.A. from University of Rochester.
