Buzzelli concentrates her practice in the areas of general business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, tax, and not-for-profit organizations. She represents companies in a wide variety of legal matters, including advising businesses regarding the formation, ownership, operation, transfer, and termination of business entities; representing companies in acquisitions and dispositions, including drafting transactional documents; assisting companies with corporate governance and commercial contract matters; and counseling entities on complex tax and tax-exempt issues.

Buzzelli started her career with Harter Secrest & Emery in 2017, and then practiced with EY Law LLP, affiliated with Ernst & Young, in Toronto, Canada, in their Business Immigration practice. She earned her B.S., summa cum laude, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law.
