Garcia-Klipfel counsels real estate developers, borrowers, lenders, and property owners on a variety of commercial real estate transactions and leases. She advises on and assists clients with commercial lease negotiations, mortgage loan documents, title matters, due diligence review, and litigation of contested matters. Garcia-Klipfel has experience representing creditors and mortgage servicers in all aspects of residential foreclosure matters, including conducting title and marketability reviews, and curative efforts.

Garcia-Klipfel earned her J.D., cum laude, from Albany Law School, and her B.A. from the University of Rochester.
