Three Rivers Development Corporation is the Corning area's primary private-sector vehicle for economic development. Its mission is to maintain and promote the economic viability of Southeast Steuben County through Board and staff service to the public and private sectors in the fields of planning, housing, commercial and industrial development, and community renewal. With a reputation for skillful advocacy on behalf of her clients, Leslie Mauro has extensive experience representing municipalities and private-sector clients in zoning and land use matters and defending multi-party cost recovery litigation and governmental enforcement actions under federal and state environmental laws. She is the partner-in-charge of Harter Secrest & Emery’s Corning office.
Ms. Mauro resides in Canandaigua, N.Y. and is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law.
