Harter Secrest & Emery LLP, a full-service business law firm with offices throughout New York, is pleased to announce the appointment of Amy J. Kellogg to practice group leader of the firm’s Government Affairs practice.
Kellogg’s Government Affairs practice focuses on representing a variety of New York State professional associations, businesses, and not-for-profit organizations before New York State government, including the New York State Legislature, the Governor’s Office, and state agencies. In addition, they advise on the availability of, and access to, a variety of government funding mechanisms and other programs, and work with clients to ensure the strictest compliance with all applicable laws.

She currently serves as Vice President of the Potsdam College Foundation Board of Trustees, Secretary of the Albany Law School Government Law Center Advisory Board, Board Member for the National Association of State Lobbyists, and a member and immediate past chair of the Government Affairs Practice Committee for the American Bar Association Business Law Section.
