Harter Secrest & Emery LLP, a full-service business law firm with offices throughout New York, announced that Autumn J. Young, associate in the firm’s Health Care and Nonprofit Organizations practices, has been appointed to serve on PrimeTime585, Inc. Board of Directors.
PrimeTime585, Inc. is a nonprofit entity that uses sports as a bridge to impact the community. They partner with local sports teams as part of their charitable programs to foster youth involvement in the community. In 2021, PrimeTime585, Inc. provided Thanksgiving dinners to 607 families in the Rochester area and donated over 1000 toys and coats to patients at the Golisano Children’s Hospital, including replenishing the hospital’s Sickle Cell Unit toy chest.
Young focuses her practice in the areas of health care and nonprofit organizations law and has experience performing due diligence reviews, preparing legal documents, and conducting legal research and analysis. She earned her B.A. from the State University of New York at Geneseo and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Albany Law School.
