He serves as outside general counsel to one of the largest retailers in the Northeast United States and serves as lead outside counsel to several other businesses in a wide range of industries. Wittlin guides HSE teams in various merger, acquisition, securities, joint venture, and capital markets transactions. Over the last decade, he has led HSE’s efforts on transactions with an aggregate value of more than $10 billion, ranging from transactions of less than $1 million to more than $1 billion.
