(Atria) on aspects of its acquisition by LPL Financial. The transaction, which was announced on February 13, 2024, recently closed.
Atria, formerly a Lee Equity Partners portfolio company, is a multi-channel wealth management company with its broker-dealers and registered investment advisers managing approximately $100 billion of brokerage and advisory assets. Atria has historically engaged in multiple acquisitions of broker-dealers and registered investment advisers to build out and expand its array of services, using HSE as primary deal counsel for each acquisition. These transactions include the acquisitions of CUSO Financial Services (2017), Sorrento Pacific Financial (2017), Cadaret Grant (2018), NEXT Financial Group (2019), Western International Securities (2020), SCF Securities (2021), and Grove Point Financial (2023).
