Harter Secrest & Emery Advises Maxim Group LLC on Upsized $9.6 Million Uplist Offering

Harter Secrest & Emery LLP, a full-service business law firm with offices throughout New York, recently represented Maxim Group LLC in an underwritten uplisting of AmpliTech Group, Inc. to the Nasdaq Capital Market.

The offering closed on February 19, 2021, and due to the present strength of the capital markets, was upsized from its original amount up to the $9.6 million closing amount before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses.
