(GIP), a real estate investment corporation based in Tampa, Florida that intends to elect to be taxed as a real estate investment trust (REIT). The offering of 1,500,000 units at a price to the public of $10 per unit, which raised total gross proceeds of approximately $15 million (before underwriting discounts, commissions, and estimated offering expenses), closed on September 8, 2021.
