The company’s units are listed on the Nasdaq under the symbol “OLITU.” The total gross proceeds of the deal are approximately $143.75 million (before underwriting discounts, commissions, and estimated offering expenses), including $18.75 million per the underwriters fully exercising their over-allotment option. Imperial Capital, LLC and I-Bankers Securities, Inc. acted as underwriters for the offering.
