This transaction provides liquidity for the shareholders of PrimeLink, while enhancing FirstLight’s position in Upstate New York including Plattsburgh, Glens Falls, Queensbury, Albany & Lake Champlain Corridor, with additional fiber capacity into Montreal, Canada.
