Harter Secrest & Emery Advises VerifyMe, Inc. in $10 Million Public Offering and Uplisting to Nasdaq

The HSE Securities and Capital Markets team for the transaction included Alexander R. McClean, Kayla E. Klos, and Ryan A. Whelpley. They also assisted VerifyMe, Inc. during the past 12 months with securing two bridge financings to provide the company with funding prior to the closing of this offering. With the additional $10 million of equity capital, VerifyMe, Inc. can further commercialize its technology, while receiving the benefits of a Nasdaq listing.
