Luke A. Catalano is an associate in the Securities and Capital Markets practice group in the firm’s Buffalo office. While in law school, Catalano was a law clerk at New Era Cap Co., Inc., where he reviewed, revised, and drafted contracts and conducted research on trademarks, trade dress, and copyrights. He earned his B.S. from the University at Buffalo and his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
Connor T. Godfrey is an associate in the Private Equity and Venture Capital practice group in the firm’s Buffalo office. While in law school, he was a law clerk at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in Washington, DC, and a legal intern at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in New York City. He earned his B.S. from Fordham University Gabelli School of Business, and his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
Michael D. Stoianoff has joined the firm as an associate in the Corporate practice group in the firm’s Rochester office. While attending law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Glenn T. Suddaby, United States District Court, Northern District of New York and the Honorable Jonathan W. Feldman, United States District Court, Western District of New York. Stoianoff earned a B.A. from SUNY Geneseo and his J.D., cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law.
Alicia R. Stoklosa is an associate in the Environmental, Land Use and Zoning practice group in the firm’s Rochester office. While attending law school, she worked as a judicial extern in the United States District Court, Southern District, for the Honorable Denise L. Cote, and as a Pro Bono Scholar in the Pace Food & Beverage Law Clinic providing direct, transactional legal services to nonprofit organizations and new entrepreneurs. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Mercyhurst University and her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
Hailey S. Trippany is an associate in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group in the firm’s Rochester office. While in law school, Trippany worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Debra Martin in the New York State Court of Claims, and as an intern in the Case Western Community Development Clinic where she helped local non-profit organizations with their transactional needs. She earned her B.S. from Nazareth College and her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
