Harter Secrest & Emery Welcomes Michael N. Vranjes to its Intellectual Property Practice

VranjesHarter Secrest & Emery LLP, a full-service business law firm with offices throughout New York, is pleased to announce that Michael N. Vranjes has joined the firm as counsel in the Intellectual Property practice group.

Vranjes concentrates his practice on patent prosecution and counseling in various technical disciplines, with an emphasis on mechanical, biomedical, optical, software, and electrical inventions. Prior to joining HSE, Vranjes practiced with Simpson & Simpson, PLLC, and began his legal career as a patent attorney at IBM. Prior to his legal career, Vranjes practiced as a mechanical engineer primarily in the fields of industrial manufacturing equipment inspection and non-destructive testing. 

Vranjes earned his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law, and a dual B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, cum laude, from the University at Buffalo.
