Henry represents clients in a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and financing transactions. She also has extensive experience handling commercial real estate transactions and in matters of real estate finance, land use, and municipal corporations.

Henry earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from American University and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law.
