As a member of the Corporate practice group, Ball assists clients on a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing transactional documents for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings. Prior to joining Harter Secrest & Emery, Ball was an associate with Underberg & Kessler, LLP in Rochester.
Ball is a member of the Board of Directors for Oak Orchard Health and is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association. He earned a J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University and a B.A., cum laude, from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
