Horn was the recipient of the 2020 Community Leader Legal Award from the National Federation for Just Communities of Western New York, was recognized as the 2022 Buffalo “Lawyer of the Year” in the area of Litigation – Real Estate by The Best Lawyers in America®, and has been among Chambers USA America’s Leading Lawyers in Business for Litigation every year since 2015. Horn is a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America-Trial Lawyer Honorary Society and was named to the Buffalo Business First Legal Elite list in 2019 and 2020.
