The Foundation empowers donors and community partners to strengthen the region through philanthropy and leads boldly to realize a more equitable, inclusive, and vital community.
Casion serves as general counsel to regional businesses and nonprofit organizations, where he is recognized as a trusted advisor and valued member of his clients’ leadership teams. For more than 25 years, he has worked closely with clients to understand their goals and help them creatively and efficiently navigate challenges to achieve success. Casion is also deeply committed to community service, having held leadership roles with numerous charitable organizations. He was recognized by Chambers USA in 2024 for Corporate/M&A (Upstate NY), named Best Lawyers® 2022 “Lawyer of the Year” in Closely Held Companies and Family Businesses Law in Rochester, and honored as one of Rochester’s Attorneys of the Year by The Daily Record in 2017.
