Her experience includes performing real estate due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements for real property, negotiating commercial leases for landlords and tenants, and obtaining attorney general and supreme court approval for transfers of real property by not-for-profit and religious corporations.
Zimar is a magna cum laude graduate of SUNY Albany and she earned her law degree, summa cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law.
