Participants can choose between two presentation tracks:

Track 1: Title IX Compliance

This day-long training program will be led by Harter Secrest & Emery partners Theresa A. Conroy and Julia Green SewrukThis program is designed to be an efficient and cost-effective way to comply with a wide range of sexual violence training requirements that the federal government and NYS impose on institutions and their employees. These training requirements now comprise approximately 15 discrete topics, including the importance of understanding the effect of trauma at every stage of the process. Student training requirements will be summarized and participants will have the opportunity to discuss effective and novel student training programs. In addition, the session will address the application of Title IX, Clery, and Enough is Enough to employment relationships. Full-day attendees will leave with a certificate of completion. Track 2: Higher Education Compliance

This track will consist of 15 one-hour seminars presented by HSE attorneys and focused on key compliance areas.  There is no fee to attend sessions in Track 2 or the two general sessions.
