As a law clerk in the Immigration practice group, Mark assists in the preparation of employment and family-based petitions. He conducts research and prepares documents to help obtain work visas and permanent residence status for clients and to assure compliance with regulations.

While attending Harvard Law School, Mark served as a member of the Board of Student Advisers, as a Student Fellow at the Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy and Bioethics, and as the Executive Online Editor for the Harvard Law & Policy Review.

Prior to law school, Mark obtained his PhD in Philosophy from Purdue University, where he taught undergraduate courses in philosophy. He also previously served as the Campus Visit Coordinator in the Admissions Office at Houghton College.
