

Sarah is an associate in the intellectual property practice group where she performs due diligence reviews, prepares legal documents, and conducts research. Before joining HSE, she was a law clerk at a local law firm where she gained hands-on experience preparing patent applications in the chemistry, medical devices, biotech, biochemistry, and mechanical devices industries, drafted official responses to USPTO Office Actions, and researched complex legal issues.
While attending University at Buffalo School of Law, Sarah was a student attorney at the Dilley Pro Bono Project/UB Law Clinic in Dilley, Texas, where she practiced asylum law and interviewed clients to gather important details to prepare them for interviews with the U.S. Asylum Office.
