Siddharth Bahl

Prior to obtaining his law degree, Sid Bahl worked in the financial services industry for seven years and obtained his M.B.A. He leverages his banking, business, and legal experience to advise publicly held and private companies in federal and state securities law compliance, stock exchange listing requirements, and corporate governance matters. He also conducts due diligence for securities offerings, completes legal research, and drafts offering materials, contracts, and other agreements.

Before joining Harter Secrest & Emery, Sid practiced as an associate with McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP.
