As a member of the firm’s the Securities and Capital Markets practice group, Alexa conducts due diligence, legal research and analysis, prepares and reviews securities law filings, and drafts contracts and other agreements.
While in law school, Alexa was a law clerk with a law firm in Philadelphia, PA, where she performed research legal issues, drafted litigation documents and memos for submission to courts and clients, and reviewed trademark applications and USPTO correction letters. She was also a student associate in the Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic at the University of Wisconsin Law School.
