Alicia advises clients on a wide range of environmental, land use and zoning matters, including environmental due diligence on corporate and real estate transactions; permitting and environmental regulatory compliance; health and safety compliance; land use, zoning and New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) matters; Brownfields redevelopment; municipal law; renewable energy projects; and environmental and land use litigation.

While attending law school, Alicia worked as a judicial extern in the United States District Court, Southern District, for the Honorable Denise L. Cote where she drafted motions and attended jury trials, hearings, and settlement conferences on federal civil cases and criminal prosecutions. She also was a Pro Bono Scholar in the Pace Food & Beverage Law Clinic providing direct, transactional legal services to nonprofit organizations and new entrepreneurs.

Alicia gained hands-on experience and sharpened her analytical abilities in prior roles as a financial due diligence analyst and as a summer associate with HSE.
