Andrew concentrates his practice in the areas of general business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, tax, and not-for-profit organizations. He conducts due diligence, legal research, and analysis on variety of corporate matters.
Prior to joining HSE, Andrew was a summer associate with the firm and gained hands-on experience conducting research, due diligence, and drafting legal memos for attorneys across a variety of practice groups.
