Brandon assists clients on a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters. He advises corporate clients in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing transactional documents for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings. Brandon strives to develop close client relationships while effectively and efficiently delivering creative solutions to assist clients with their legal matters. He strives to keep clients well informed through every step of the transactional matters on which he works.
